BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS
We request a deposit of £20 per person per night in advance, to secure your booking. This is refundable up to 30 days prior to your visit.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your booking with us you may cancel and receive your deposit back up to 30 days before your arrival. If you need to cancel it within 30 days your deposit is non refundable however you may request a change of dates. Cancelations within 24hrs of arrival or no shows will be charged the full amount.

COVID-19
If we are forced to close due to Covid-19 you may request a full refund, or change the dates of your stay.

If the borders are open but you are unable to travel due to restrictions, positive test results, isolation or any other reason the standard cancellation policy applies.

Due to the uncertainties of Covid-19 we highly recommend all our guests to take out travel insurance for their trips that covers them in the event they may not travel.
